Our Fish Farming Approach

Good fish start with good water

Fish farming is a craft of patience. We manage our ponds around six simple disciplines:

  • Responsible pond management. Ponds are prepared, cleaned and rested between cycles.
  • Quality fish feed. Balanced feed fed in the right amounts, never shortcuts.
  • Water management. Regular checks on water level, quality and exchange.
  • Proper stocking. We stock at sensible densities so every fish grows well.
  • Fish health monitoring. Daily observation and quick action when fish behave out of the ordinary.
  • Sustainable production. Growing fish at a pace our ponds can honestly support.
